On Saturday, January 27, 2024, Fun Water Outdoor was honored to be a part of golf history, watching Mathieu Pavon become the fourth person to win a PGA event while under the French flag.

The Fun Water Warehouse Manager, Christian Orij, and the Sr. Director of Sales- U.S, Darren Gonzales, represented Fun Water Outdoor at the 2024 Farmers Insurance PGA Open. As avid golfers, they were delighted by the opportunity to enjoy a day watching the best athletes in the sport compete in their hometown.


However, Darren Gonzales noted one prominent absence: Jimmy Walker, the six-time PGA champion.


"Christian and I were excited to share the experience of attending such a prestigious event in the golf world; I was disappointed to miss out on seeing Jimmy compete." Darren Gonzales said. "I speak for the whole Fun Water Outdoor team when I say I look forward to seeing Jimmy Walker play again in the PGA soon." 

Fun Water Outdoor has been entrenched in aquatic sports and leisure for the last decade. It's now excited about the possibility of moving out of the Water and onto the green. This foray into attending the PGA was an excellent opportunity to network with decision-makers and see how our products can fit into the space. Our attendance at the 2024 Farmers Insurance PGA Open provided us with an excellent opportunity to network with decision-makers and explore how our innovative products can seamlessly integrate into the world of professional golf.
